Here is a recipe:
Put two tablespoons of dry oats and a tablespoon of flax seeds into the blender and whizz them into a fine meal (use a low setting).
Add a cup of organic apple juice, an organic banana and half a cup of organic berries (fresh or frozen) and blend on a high setting until you have a thick, bubbly smoothie.
